Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

  • You received a damaged product during delivery.

  • You received the wrong product.

To request a return, please email jaisatnam.com@gmail.com with:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos or a short video of the product

  • Description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Manufacturing Characteristics (Important)

Our Jaitkham Tower models are produced using advanced 3D printing technology and carefully hand-finished to achieve the highest possible quality.

As part of the normal manufacturing process, you may notice:

  • Fine layer lines on the surface.

  • Very subtle assembly joints in certain areas.

  • texture variations visible only upon close inspection.

These are normal manufacturing characteristics and are not considered defects. They do not affect the product's quality, durability, appearance, or intended purpose.

Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

  • Minor layer lines, assembly joints, or surface texture variations resulting from the normal 3D printing process.

  • Products without original packaging or accessories.

  • Products returned in used or damaged condition.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and payment gateway fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong product, we will gladly provide a free replacement after verification.
